We recently celebrated my son's 18th birthday, and this is the card I made for him. How fun are those game spinner hands?!
Supplies:
- Stamp sets: Take a Spin; Punch Bunch; Word Play
- Cardstock & Paper: Olive Green 12x12 textured cardstock; Daffodil Delight smooth cardstock; Pacific Point smooth cardstock; Ice Cream Parlor Designer Series Paper & Quick Accents Pack from the 2011 Sale-A-Bration catalog; Tangerine Tango and Melon Mambo scraps;
- Inks: Old Olive, Pacific Point Classic Ink
- Punches: Owl punch and the circle punch from Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack
From the Old Olive textured cardstock cut out a piece that is 4x12. Score across 4 inches from each end and fold to make trifold card.
I cut out cardstock and Designer Series paper in graduating sizes to mount on each section of the card, stamped my images and mounted them on coordinating cardstock. Stamp and punch out the owls and the circles for the party hats. I hand cut triangles for the hats and added a strip from the accents across the middle panel for the owls to perch on. The greeting is from Word Play.
I think he liked it. What do you think?
